Who we are
Turista Córdoba is a travel guide to the province of Córdoba, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to us at [email protected].
What data we keep
If you create an account: your name, your email, your profile photo if you sign in with Google and, if you choose one, your encrypted password (nobody can read it, not even us). We also keep the places you save as favorites and whether you agreed to receive news. If you don't create an account, we don't keep personal data.
Your location
We use your location only on your device, to sort places by distance and work out how to get there. We don't store it on our servers or link it to your account.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your name, email and profile photo to us. We have no access to your Google password or any other data in your account.
News by email
We only send you news if you ticked the box and confirmed your email. We keep the date and where you agreed, as a record. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe from "My account". Emails are sent with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which handles data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Statistics
We anonymously count how many times each place is viewed and how many times contact buttons are tapped, to show each business how much interest it gets. Those figures contain no personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the services the site needs to work: our web hosting, Brevo for emails and Google if you sign in with Google. We never sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data at any time from "My account", where you can also delete your account with one button. You can also write to [email protected] and we will reply within 10 business days. Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints about breaches of personal data rules.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (language, light or dark theme, chosen location). We don't use advertising cookies.
